SHIPPING POLICY:

SHIPPING POLICY - All Artisan, Laminate and FENIX orders will ship via Common Carrier standard ground. Please call for express shipping, additional rates may apply. Shipping cost will vary based on weight and size of purchase. Natural Stone orders can be picked up at our warehouse with prior arrangements or will be shipped by Elite Stone Transport for a minimal fee. All Shipping cost will vary based on weight and size of purchase.

RETURN POLICY:

NATURAL STONE SLABS - Natural Stone return requests are accepted within 10 days of purchase. All returns must be authorized. Each return is subject to a 15% restocking fee. There will be no exchanges or credits issued on material that has been cut, worked on, or damaged in any way. There will be no reimbursement payments for returns, only store credit - No exceptions.

ARPA LAMINATE / FENIX NTM - All sales of ARPA and FENIX are final unless shipped incorrectly. There will be no exchanges or credits issued on material that has been cut or worked on. There will be no reimbursement payments for returns, only store credit - No exceptions

ARTISAN PRODUCTS - Elite Stone Importers will allow customers to return any Artisan product within 10 days from the date it was received in its original condition. Customer must request a return authorization for any item returned. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the package when returning. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns (excluding exchanges of same product) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All refunds will be made in original form of payment and will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.
